anyone else have trouble with net10?????
I decided to get my son a net10 phone in August for 8th grade graduation--since he wants a phone for texting ( rest of us use tracfone phone and only for emenrgency or quick calls)
well my son decided to upgrade his phone since the one I got him wasn't cool enough---we'll the upgraded phone was never able to recieve calls-- so after countless hours on the phone with customer service they concluded that the phone was defective and sent me another phone--- which I recieved 2 days ago-- I called net10 customer service to activate new phone and transfer my minutes( have over 500) and service days( over 100)---- the lovely customer rep assurred me the transfer was complete and should be fully functional within an hour
so its now an hour later and now I'm staring at my collectiion of 3 net10 phones
phone a : recieves and make calls ( only 172 minutes)--- original phone
phone b: only makes calls can't recieve ( 554 minutes)
phone c:does no work at all

OMG,I wish I could have spoken spanish last month when I spent way too many hours on the phone with cs people and 'supervisors'- I mean that- I have never in my life experienced so many problems trying to get a phone up and running. I finally just insisted a return auth. # a,dn shipped it back to them(yes I had to pay for that privilege,they couldn't get it working after 2 weeks with me)
