Hello everyone. As some of you already know, I am getting on May 5th and I have details to iron out and would like all of your help. Newsletter. I am have an intimate wedding and would like to send out a newsletter. Can someone please help? Thanks

I've made up personalized wedding newsletters, 3 total, the first one giving a run down of our planned events and hotel details, the second newsletter a description of the theme parks and attractions including ride descriptions and restaurants, the third is a general question and answer with ?'s like which airline should i fly, with airline 800#'s and prices, how do i get from the orlando mco to wdw, etc. our families are very appreciative. just a general breakdown of your planned events and guest accomodations with fun pictures is nice for your traveling guests, disney sends some papers closer to date also. best of luck with all your wedding plans!

I'm doing an intimate, and just sent out our first newsletter the week before last. I plan on doing 3. The first one, I explained why we were doing a Disney wedding, and that we would like them to join us. Then I put in pictures of Pop and CBR (the 2 hotels we suggested), and pricing for them. And I put in a picutre of Sunset Pointe and an blurb on the wedding. The only other thing I included was a break down of the new ticket pricing system. I figured these sections would be good starting information so that our families could decide if Disney is in their budget.

The next letter will have information about tours that are available, MVMCP, and PSs so that they have plenty of time to book if they're interested. Then the final letter will include maps, park hours, a final list of what's going on, a packing list, and a who's who of guests, and where they're staying.

I have print shop on my computer and that's what I used to create the newsletter, I just took the initial layout and tweeked it as needed, but I'm sure there are lots of other programs out there you could use.

I just sent out my first newsletter and I got ALOT of great idea's from www.yourfairytale.com and looked under past Disney brides websites. A few of the sites has their own personal newsletters up for people to look at and there were SO many ideas to choose from. I hope this bit of info helps!! Good luck!
