Nervous about using ME. Need reassurance.

I booked a throwaway campsite on June 18 for 10 because it was cheaper than buying 10 magibands. I was happy. Now I find out that by having that reservation my daughter and grandchildren are eligible to use ME to the campsite and I am ECSTATIC No tolls, no timing when to pick them up, no traffic... Just need to meet them at campgrounds and drive to Shades of Green.

BUT am worried because things are going to smoothly. Please reassure me that there will be no screw ups on ME. I have already called to register and the kids will carry their luggage so no need of delivery.

We have used DME about 11 times in the last 10 years. Have never had a problem. I would assume your family will be good! The only hitch might have been the luggage delivery but sounds like it won't be an issue with carry on only. (If they do end up checking any luggage they just need to NOT put the yellow luggage tags on their bags and then pick them up at baggage claim before they go to the DME loading zone.

Disney transports millions of people per year. You will be fine.

We have used it for every trip since 2009 and have had no issues. Just an FYI the bus will be shared with other WDW resorts so they may not be the first stop.

Just make sure they have their magic bands or the DME letter. It's easier that way....

Good point - if they do have to check any bags - the MagicBands should stay with them in the carry on.

My family adores Disney's Magical Express! We're sad we won't have it on our next trip if we keep our reservation at the Swan. We've never had problems with it. The hardest part can be finding it at the airport, it's a haul from the SWA gates.
