I was at TRU this morning, and they have this game on sale for $29.99 (it came up when I did the price check; not marked anywhere on shelf).
It qualifies for the $10 gift card off one game or $40 gift card off two games of $49.99 or more (specific games are listed on the promo, inlcuding the NERF game). I couldn't find the list of games online, so I guess it's in-store only. I recall it included Epic Mickey, a couple of Sims games, Mario & Sonic at the Olympics, Lord of the Rings, Madden NFL '11.
They did have to manual adjust the price down to 29.99 from 39.99 at the register. I love a good glitch!
