Not particularly.

But on any given day, anything is POSSIBLE.

It's that (very late afternoon, early evening right before they shut down the line) or wait 30 or more longer minutes longer-- at least when we went in early October (when many schools nationwide have fall breaks). We waited less than one show length.

If one is going when no schools have breaks, then the lines will probably be generally short all day, barring large conventions of kids happening by (cheerleading, peewee football, etc.), but if schools have breaks-- packed all day until late afternoon, from what we saw.

Of course, you could go to the Seas right after the park opens as some suggest and look at the manatees for 15- 30 minutes until a line for Turtle Talk (10am 1st show is what others say) starts to form. But personally I would get Test Track FPs (1st choice-- FPs are gone pretty fast-- we got ours at about 11am or so when we were there --kids wanted to get Soarin' FPs first :) -- and the TestT FPs were for about 4:30pm) or Soarin' FPs upon first entering the park, if the crowd level is moderate or above.

I didn't quite care for Turtle Talk.

We waited 20 minutes for it and then walked out after the first 2 minutes.
The rest of the Living Seas was great though.
