In booking a reservation this morning, I happened to notice that one of the “virtual” contracts for points I had transferred into my account now has a negative balance (instead of 0, it now shows -31).
I need to call MS to find out what’s going on since there’s no transaction history in my account as these are transferred points, but does anyone have any idea what may be going on here? Has this ever happened to anyone?
