Negative point balance on transferred contract?

In booking a reservation this morning, I happened to notice that one of the “virtual” contracts for points I had transferred into my account now has a negative balance (instead of 0, it now shows -31).

I need to call MS to find out what’s going on since there’s no transaction history in my account as these are transferred points, but does anyone have any idea what may be going on here? Has this ever happened to anyone?
 
I had a negative balance show up for what I could borrow when the new rule of 50% limit go into place since I had already borrowed more than that.

But, transferred points can’t be borrowed so not sure, unless you had transferred points that you banked, and they are in a different virtual contract?
 
Well, after a looooong time on hold, they came back to say that it looks like the system "double used" 31 of my points (across two reservations), which is why I am showing a negative balance. But they aren't really certain, and are sending it over to member accounting to investigate. They said I should hear back next week as to what is going on there.
