Neep help w/itinerary 5/13-5/20

I thought I had everything set for our upcoming trip, but now my parents want to make time for lunch or dinner at Alfredo's in EPCOT. Does anyone have any suggestions?? My dad is picky and doesn't want to eat dinner past 6:30pm...

Saturday 5/13: Arrive Orlando Int'l Airport @ 5:30pm. Magical Express to OKW, Bus right into MK.

Sunday 5/14: MGM. PS @ 12:30 Sci Fi Diner. MK late afternoon/evening and stay for EMH.

Monday 5/15: Animal Kingdom in the AM, then to MGM for Lights, Motor Action!... Maybe Fantasmic! @ 9pm... Stay for EMH

Tuesday 5/16: Universal/IOA

Wednesday 5/17: Keys to the Kingdom @ 9:30am. Blizzard Beach in afternoon. Tony Roma's (I-Drive) for dinner - Dad's favorite. Jellyrolls in the evening.

Thursday 5/18: DTD for Breakfast. Mom & me shopping & spa @ GF. Dad & DH playing golf. PS @ 1pm Grand Floridian Cafe. Afternoon @ MK or OKW. Pleasure Island in the evening.

Friday 5/19: PS @ 9:30am Maya Grill. Bus to EPCOT. PS @ 6pm California Grill (Contemporary). Watch Wishes from restuarant @9pm. Pleasure Island?

Saturday 5/20: MGM (Star Wars weekend). Back @ OKW by 4pm.

What about dinner on Thursday before you go to Pleasure Island?

I would suggest at 2pm lunch on 5/20. You could take the boat from MGM to Epcot and then head back to OKW after lunch.
