Needing your creative minds for a good cause! Scrapbooking Event to benefit MAW

Hi there! I have spent the last several days working on what is to be my "healing project". Since I lost my son in 2007, I keep hearing you will do wonderful things/ you will help people because of your experience. I think, after praying and wishing and dreaming, I finally found a path for me to help.

I am a scrapbooking fan and I love attending fundraiser scrapping events. So I have decided to hold an all day crop with proceeds going to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, in honor of my son, Levi. I posted a poll on the scrapbooking forum to try to get some ideas for a logo. I'd like to be able to order a travel mug with it on it. I am currently 19 weeks pregnant, tshirts don't fit real well, but I hope to have some available eventually.

The logo in the lead is... "Scrapping for Wishes, turning children's wishes into memories."

I want to add a bit, though...

"Scrapping for Wishes, turning children's wishes into lasting memories."


I would love some designs for the logo. You will get complete credit if your design is the one chosen. Since these are going to be copied onto shirts and mugs, they need to be Disney copyright free. I wish they didn't, but that is what it will have to be. Remember this is to benefit Make-A-Wish! Thank you so much!

OK - I thought I'd give it a shot. I had NO idea what you were after, so, I just played around with colors, shapes, stars, just a mish mash of "whimsy" - I felt like it was "child like" - sort of "dreamy" - - hope that makes sense. ( The quote on the bottom I found from your post on your facebook page!)

Anyway - I hope you like it - and if you end up using it - I'd be honored - and if not, good luck on finding just the right design for your project. Wendy

It was something you had written in one of your post on your facebook page - and it caught my attention - I thought it was beautiful.
