Needing help with the online process for ADR's

I've tried going in to the Dining website, but I don't think I'm doing things right. Tomorrow is our 90 day mark, and I plan to try early, so I need to figure this out today.

1. Please, can someone explain to me where I go to register our reservation, ph #, etc, so that this info can be retrieved later.

2. Is there an easy process to find the restaurants I want to book? Currently, I'm going to a list on the left where I pick from parks, resorts, etc. Then narrow it down to a certain resort or park, and then a whole list of restaurants shows up that I have to scroll down, then I pick one and it shows pictures of the restaurant, etc. To get to the next restaurant, I start this whole process over. I'm thinking there has to be an easier way!

3. Many of our reservations will be for a larger group. The website says to call 407-939-5665 for group dining to make those ADR's. However, that ph# just goes into the regular Disney Dining line. A CM told me to call 407-939-7707, and that for sure would get me to group dining. No, I got regular Disney Dining again. This CM said that some of the restaurants they could do, but some I would need to call the restaurant direct, and the only way to know is when she would enter the info for the ADR. So why does the website say to call Group Dining, if everything just goes to the regular Disney Dining line? Many of our reservations will be for 11 people.........does anyone have a ph# that will work for groups?

PS. I would like to add that I'm computer illiterate. (Not a very technical person.) Please help me to understand exactly what I should be doing. Thanks again!

Ok cant help with the large group thing.

I would spend time today finding each restaurant you want to reserve and book mark the actual page for making a reservation. When you get signed in tomorrow morning you can open each one and be ready to go to your date/and pick a time.

On an open restaurant reservation page it will say do you have a reservation and ask you to associate it---boxes will open to put the ressie and the phone number associated, and then it will unlock your 90 + days. You can practice that today but it wont unlock your 90 because its not til tomorrow...

Anyway, once you have associated your first ressie, every bookmarked tab you open, or restaurant ressie page, it will automatically be linked to your ressie and you dont have to keep doing that.

You can practice it all today except you wont have 90 + open.

I'm hoping to do the ADR's for the smaller groups online tomorrow morning at 5 AM. That way I can call at 6 AM (Central) when the phone line opens, and do the ADR's for when all 11 of us will be dining together. I'm hoping that little head start will improve my chances.

I'm planning on practicing today with the website, but as I mentioned, I'm computer illiterate........I've never done a bookmark before. I see it listed at the top of my screen, so I'll try & figure it out. Any help with that will be greatly appreciated. How do I mark them? How do I pull them up? I limit myself to the basic online stuff. But I'll give this a try.

You can definitely just call. I've been lucky and had virtually no wait times when I've called, so I would recommend it. Online booking gets you an hour jump on the phone line, so that's one reason to try it.

Glad the bookmark thing worked out. I found it very helpful. I tried to open them in the order I wanted to make my ressies: CP breakfast first, etc..that worked well too. You just have to 1/ log in to Dis site. 2/ log in with reservation number to your first restaurant page. Then once you open every bookmark the resrevation will already be associated.
