Needing Help with ADR'S

We will be arriving to WDW on Feb., 27. With the new system for reservations, when can I start calling to make my ADR's? Thanks, in advance, for any help!!

right now the word is Nov 21st for most ADRs past Feb 22nd. CRT, Chef Mickeys and V&A remain on a 180 day schedule. I would keep checking on this site. Things do tend to change.
