Needing help on a Pirate design by a designer that is not designing any longer

I am working on shirts for our family cruise in Oct and my neice is wanting something cutsie and a dog (maybe from Oliver and Company) or a cat from Aristocats done as a pirate.

If someone can please help me or tell me if it can even be done. Or if this designer is still designing and I am not looking in the right place, can someone please tell me how to find them. I did look on the stickys.

I know it is not appropriate to ask another designer to alter another design and if it can't be done, it can't be done. I am fine with this, but before I tell my neice she will have to choose from what I found already done I want to try. This keeps me from having to lie to her when I tell her I tried.
