Needing Best Advice on StingRays & Atlantis??

I'm planning our 3rd cruise and decided maybe I should go see Atlantis? Both prior cruises I didn't get off the ship!! I enjoyed staying on with kids while DH went on snorkeling excursion. But now our DS want to see Stingrays. Can you find Stingrays at Atlantis and what is the best advice to Atlantis with 2 kids with 1 still in stroller?? I have read about day rooms but are they really worth and $$? Checked on Dis Excursion Site and they have a guided tour for $60 each?? Any advice or input would be appreciated!!!!
