Needing a custom letter for Cruise Surprise

We are surprising the kiddo (9yo) with a cruise on the Fantasy this October. Last time we sailed on the Dream we took a week long trip to WDW before hand and handed her a t shirt that was created just for her by one of the wonderful designers on this board as the Dream came into our view.

What we are planning on doing this time is not telling her about the cruise until we show up to pick her up from school early to head to the airport. I would like to send a letter to her teacher ahead of time to hand her when they call her to go down to the office to leave or when she gets in the car. A friend who teaches at her school came up with the idea of the letter and I loved the idea.

I am in no way creative and have had a hard time coming up with something.
