Needing a breakfast/lunch suggestion near HS

Trying to think of a back up plan in case we get in too late for our arrival ADR. (Don't anyone suggest that I change it because I am not, which is why I want a back up plan).

I am looking for some place that we can get a last minute ADR for either a late breakfast or early lunch that is near HS. I also do not want any buffets. We will be staying at POP so would need to go to the park first and then get transportation to a resort. We are on DDP. I would prefer a late breakfast but an open to an early lunch. We are already have Kouzzina for dinner so having breakfast there is not a good choice. I really don't want to eat at the same restaurant twice.

The Boardwalk Bakery is awesome! They have really good pastries for breakfast and excellent sandwiches for lunch. It is a CS though, not a TS.

Thanks for the suggestion but I am only interested in TS restaurants. I already know where I plan to eat for a CS lunch. I am wanting a back up plan in case I need to cancel our arrivial night dinner and loose a TS credit. Please do not suggest that I cancel our arrival night dinner. I already know things can happen which I why I am wanting a back up plan.

big river grill on the boardwalk is a nice place for lunch. if the weather is nice, be sure to ask for a table outside.

If you don't need to use dining plan, Picabo at Dolphin or Garden grove at Swan, either would be great. Boat goes directly between HS and Swan/Dolphin Dock.

Cape May at BC is a good choice for a character breakfast and you can get a late ADR for that! Characters are wonderful there as well.
