DOES ANYONE HAVE THE RECIPE FOR THE STRAWBERRY SALAD DRESSING FROM THE LIBERTY TREE TAVERN OR KNOW HOW I CAN OBTAIN IT, THANKS IN ADVANCE

Strawberry Vinaigrette

This recipe is from "The Liberty Tree Tavern" in Disney World's Magic Kingdom. It's our favorite restaurant on-property, and this recipe is the best reason to eat there!

Ingredients
8 Tbsp. strawberry vinegar (can be found at Albertson's here)
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1 oz. frozen strawberries
2 Tbsp. dijon mustard
dash of tobasco sauce
dash of white pepper
3 cups salad oil
4 Tbsp. water

Preparation


Place strawberry vinegar, salt, sugar, frozen strawberries, mustard, tobasco and white pepper in storage container.

Using hand-held blender, blend ingredients well.

Add oil in four parts, blending thoroughly after each fourth.

Add water and blend one last time.

Serve as dressing over lettuce and other greens.
