Hi all, I am picking your brains again!

I started Curves today, it was great (and exhausting!). My only problem is I was SO hungry when I got home, and nothing seemed to curb it. So, PLEASE, any ideas for a filling, VERY low carb (I am in the Atkins Induction, and plan to stay here for a while) snack that would help my hunger after a workout?

Thanks so much!

How about some beef jerky or if you like the beef logs slice a few pieces and put it in a small personal cooler or lunchbox to munch on on your way home. Maybe even some macadamia nuts!!

Hi, Mom2Princesses. I don't know if this is your first two weeks of induction or not. I'm on my ninth week of induction and I like macademia nuts, or olives.

God bless you, best wishes, and encouragemet, RaySharpton (insert smiley face here...lol)
