Ok, I posted a long while ago about a bachelor party, Disney World Style, and I got a bunch of great ideas, many put into motion... we aren't doing much of the "typical" bachelor party stuff, in fact, we aren't leaving the grounds.

Anyway, even through the trip is next week, I am still seeking any unique ideas, keep in mind, money is an object, as we are already shelling out a lot of $ for our buddy, so fireworks cruises, or jetski/boat rentals are kinda too much to ask of these guys...

Here is my real conundrum... we arrive at 9am on Tuesday, we will be setteling in by 11am, and don't have any dinner commitments until 8pm. We are staying at the Contemporary, and dinner is in Epcot... what can we do during the day...

I want to get to Epcot by 3ish so we can hit up a couple of attractions before dinner, but we will be doing a full day at Epcot again later in the week, so it isn't super imperative we get there at 3, not to mention, the second time around we will have our full party, so I don't want to do everything that day, and the people who got there early feel like they are repeating the same stuff when group 2 arrives... I was think about a monorail pub crawl... could be risky at 11am... any ideas?

thanks in advance!

Many of the hotel pubs don't open till 3 or later. Most don't open till 5. I would suggest, in true guy spirit, a beers around the world tour in Epcot. . .or just a drinking around the world tour (in case there are some non-beer drinkers). World Showcase at Epcot opens at 11 a.m. and so do the drinking venues. Take the monorail to the TTC and transfer to the Epcot Monorail. Enjoy.

Okay, so you are staying at the Contemporary. Wonderful. Close to great transportation to everything. Since you are anticipating not getting going till 11 or so. . .head to the bus transportation at Contemporary and catch a bus to Animal Kingdom. (trust me here, I have a good plan). Enter the park and head up the left path to the "living" tree. Take a left at the shops and head towards Harambi Village, Africa. An outdoor bar at Tusker House can supply you with excellent beers and cocktails. Head to the safari after a couple. . .not to many now. . .its early. . .gotta pace. After the safari, head up the hill to Kali River Rapids. . .take the plunge, get wet, head to Expedition Everest. . .you are guys. . .hopefully no wimps in the group. Ride Everest and head toward Flame Tree BBQ for a pulled pork or chicken sandwich or half a bbq chicken. You can get a beer or wine here if needed to keep the buzz going. Remember, Animal Kingdom is a half a day park at best. Your girls will be happy you did it without them, unless they are totally all into zoos. . .its your call.

I am loving the Animal Kingdom idea! And, your right, many bars won't be open yet, so the monorail crawl would be a bust. We will be doing beers around the world (all beer drinkers) on Thursday when the full party arrives... so a quick trip to Animal Kingdom to start the day seems like a great idea. I also LOVE Flame Tree. Thanks for the suggestion!

It was random and off the wall. Just what a bunch of guys throwing a bachelor party need. . .enjoy.
