Need your opinions, please !

I´m going to spend 16 nights between Jan 18th and Feb 3rd .
We are a couple with 3 grownup kids (16, 17 and 20)

Want a nice (secure, clean and pleasant) place with 2 bathrooms, kitchen or breakfast, not too far from parks (Disney, USF, IoA, SW) . We don't care about pools.

Then I found these 4 places, but I haven't stayed in there before, so I need your help to decide between :

Grand Beach - 2 bedroom - it seems to have the best location
Polynesian Isles - 2 bedroom
Grande Villas- 2 bedroom
Liki Tiki - 2 bedroom - it seems to be a little far

I hear good things about Polynesian Isles. We have always stayed at Caribe Royale for their 2 bedroom suites(villas), they do have free parking, 1 king, 2 queens plus a sleeper sofa in the living room, 2 baths, full kitchen, and are right off exit 67 which is World Drive, so within 10 minutes of Disney parks, probably 15 to Seaworld and 20 or so to Universal.

Can I suggest a Downtown Disney Hotel? With your kids ages they can walk to Downtown Disney on their own and enjoy their own time with ease. Just a thought.

Thanks NinaBella ! Yes, I'm sure they'd like. I just don't think that I could have a 2 bdr for the same rate (around $110 / night) ... I'd appreciate if you could suggest a Downtown Disney Hotel
