Hi everyone. Would like some opinions. Going to CA Adventure for my birthday on Tues, Sept 27. I'm a passholder and go about once a month. Have seen the show but hate the wait. Thought I would do this as a special occasion thing. I booked it but having second thoughts. I'm afraid I'm going to see it completely empty and not crowded and feel cheated :/

Would you do it on this day? What are your predictions for the crowds on this day?

On another note, would you also get there super early the next day to get Frozen fast passes? Staying overnight for MHP and wondering if I have to get up at 7 am to get them for us :/

Thanks for your help..

Because I'm a family of 5, the dessert party never seemed worth it for me. It would cost a ton! But if it were just me, or me and a guest, I think it would be cool to have some sweet treats and a chair for this show. The biggest beef I have is that you stand in line for 30 minutes, the rush to get to a spot where you wait for another 45 minutes for the show, and then stand 30 minutes for the show. A chair or a seat is something that I'd love to have for WOC.

I would love to see an arena of bleacher seats like they have for Fantasmic! at WDW. That would be awesome.

I booked the Dessert Party for this coming Monday Sept 12. I don't think it will be a very busy day but I want to sit and enjoy my time, so I'm not really thinking about only being worth it if it's packed.

We were able to get Frozen fast passes for the second show around 10:30 in the morning a few weekends ago on a Sunday so I don't think there is still a need to be at rope drop to get them.

Good point, Imdmous, it really is about the experience. So I am going to stop feeling guilty since it's my birthday and I am treating myself :) Thanks for the Frozen info too, so glad I can sleep in!

Gatorchris, I agree. Wish they would incorporate some of the wdw seating ideas from fantasmic in the west coast
I think it could totally have been done at WOC, but oh well...

The early show (or only show) of WOC always seems quite busy. The second show is sometimes not too crowded.
