I scan the wrong tickets for the wrong people. The tickets are different ones were 6 days and the others were 4 days. Will this matter for anything? If so how can I change it?

In the app, there is an option to reassign tickets to another person if they are not used yet. I saw a statement about it in the app when I was looking at our tickets.
