Need xmas stocking ideas for DH

We dont exchange gifts, but we do stockings (me & DH) this year, I cant figure out anything to put in his, except those Necco wafers that he loves.

So, any thoughts?? I was thinking maybe an Ipod, but I dont know if he would use it...

I guess my holiday brain has overloaded...

We love stockings. Here are some things I get:

gum/mints
CD's/DVD's
scratch off lotto tickets
cologne
car freshener
gloves
gift cards/certificates
Disney dollars
tickets to an event
candy
lighters
mini flashlights/key chains
fun socks/boxers
playing cards (cute ones)

I could go on & on. The stockings are our favorite part!

How 'bout lottery tickets? I'm putting a book, CD, indoor/outdoor digital thermometer, tie, DVD, and assorted other goodies.

I just got back home, I did get lottery tixs, but I also found carpet skates...LOL I think they will fit in the stocking(got a pair for DS4 also) and a carpet puck so they can play hockey.


I think I should have gotten myself a pair too, maybe I will go back and get another.

Those sound like fun. Where did you get them at? Would they be fun for DS(13)? I've never seen any & don't know what ages they're good for. We're opening our gifts tonight, because we're leaving tomorrow for NC. If I can find them, I could get them for DH's birthday next week though.

I have never heard of carpet skates either, but I found some on Circuit City's website. Not sure if they stock them in their stores.

They were 19.99 per pair & I also got a puck ( I think that was 3.99) It was a Westfield Shopping Town(in Trumbull, CT) - they even had a little area set up where you could try them out if you wanted.

I think they will be a hit!
