Need Weight Watchers Help

Okay, so I was at my meeting the other day WWAW- and I had put 2 points of avocado dip leftover from Superbowl Sunday on my salad. And the leader pegged me. She said as you are trying to move downward, avocado dip is too high in fats. I said "It's TWO points" she said that would be fine if I were maintaining, but I really should choose carefully WHAT I use my points for when I'm trying to lose. So I guess the days I eat 22 points of potato chips with diet soda and nothing else aren't helping? (kidding, I'm kidding)

Anyhow, I remember Winning Points used to have a breakdown of approximate points to use for protein, dairy, carbs, veggies, fruit...etc. But for the life of me I can't find it anywhere in the flex points literature. Does ANYBODY out there have the breakdown and if so can you post it here?

Hummm, that seems odd to me, but honestly, I never actually joined WW, I just took the material from a family member who no longer needed it. Maybe it's bad but I don't pay attention to "how" I use my points, I just make sure I never go over. I have had excellent results....sorry didn't answer your question but the dip doesn't seem bad to me....
 
I did pretty well for a while with weight watchers online. No one but ME was hassling me about anything. They have an online points calculator which makes it real easy to figure out what your points are.
 
Your leader was out of line. There is nothing wrong with avacado. Matter of fact its a core food! And, points are points. Yes, if you ate nothing but chips and cookies with your points it wouldnt be healthy- but you would still loose as long as you didn't go over points. Its all about portion control and making better choices then you did in the pass.

That's exactly how I felt! And I even said to her, "It's on a salad, I'm not eating it with nacho chips." She said it didn't matter. Whatever- I am going to try to make better choices, because I have been carb loading on low points snacks like 1 pt ww cakes and 2pts popcorns, so I really need to buckle down and eat more real food and less snacks.

If anybody out there comes across the points breakdown, I'd love to see it!

I'll try to dig around tonight and find it. I have 6 years of WW programs. LOL I'm sure I can find something.
 
isnt' this this same leader who passed out a soup recipe with the wrong point values???
