Need urgent help!

I am sailing with a large group of DISers on the Halloween Magic. We were wanting to use a company to order a large quantity of t-shirts. We need to place orders no later than the end of this week. I have atempted to upload some designs to cafepress and they will not let us use them. Can someone please recommend another company to use.

Maybe Shutterfly I know they print t-shirts but I'm not sure if they would print that design or not.

Can you print them as iron ons?

I was thinking of doing that, but we are talking 60 or more shirts. All the spousees and kids want shirts two. I don't know when I would have the time to do all of them, and no one else on the cruise seems interested in helping. I was thinking about Zazzle. Anyone use them?

I haven't used them, but I was thinking of it. How come the other company wouldn't print them for you?

Even though the shirts were going to be used for personal use and no profit would be made. They said the images were too close to the likeness of Mickey.
