We are doing two days at Universal and IoA at the end of April. We are staying on-site to get the express passes. Do we need much of a touring plan if we have the express passes? We are big on being strategic at WDW, but with the express passes, I was hoping we could be more relaxed. Are there many rides that do not accept express passes that have long wait times?

There is only one ride that doesn't accept the express passes. That is Pteranadon flyers and your little ones will want to ride it. Get to that ride immediately upon entering the park at opening and you should be good. It is a ride with very low capacity so lines get very long very quickly.

Other than that, take your time and enjoy.

Does the Woody Woodpecker coaster have an express lane? I thought the last time I was there it didn't.

Thanks for the quick reply. I remember waiting a long time for that but we only had the 1 time express pass that time, that must be what happened.
