Need to request DAS - how?

My wife spent hours on the virtual queue and never got through. Spent 10 minutes at the Epcot Guest services and got hers taken care of. YMMV but in person seems easier.

Yes.
Guests can still register at a theme park. EPCOT’s back entrance does have a Guest Relations station.
