Need to rent @ VWL

I need to rent a one bedroom villa at WL, check-in on 4-30-06 and check-out on 5-12-06. May need to buy room from Disney directly for weekend of 5-6 and 5-7 just to save money. Otherwise, will need 366 points to rent for this. Will need to know if there is wheelchair access to this villa also.
