Need to Rent/Transfer for a Grand Villa

I am looking to rent or have someone transfer some points for a February Vacation. We are looking to go from February 19th through February 25th and stay in a grand villa. Any of the resorts would be fine, the amount of points needed would be somewhere around 380 depending where we can get the villa. Please let me know if you are interested. Thank you.

Currently have 221 points (56 BC and 165 at BW) available for transfer and at 10.00 a point for all 221 of them. These points are good through August 31, 2006. Have references and will do a contract.
