Need to Rent Points 5/4-5/9

I'm looking to rent points any units from 5/4 - 5/9 '04 for my in-laws. I'm interested in a 2 bdrm. You'll have to guide me through the process as this is my first time renting pts. If you still have pts to rent let me know and we'll get the paper work started, so to speak.
