Need to rent 178-221 points soon!!

My family and I would like to head to Disney on Oct 13 - 19 (preferably) or Oct 19 - 25. We would like to stay at BCV (preferably) or BWV. We need a 2 bedroom and standard view is fine. According to the point calculator, I need 178 points for the BWV and 221 for the BCV. I have rented from owners before and it was terrific. Last time I planned a little farther in advance, though, so I am not sure if owners can even get reservations at this point. I would like to pay $8 a point but that is negotiable.
