Need to move multi-experience passes to a different day in the reservation

Does Multi Experience passes conflict with Genie+? For example, can I use a Multi Experience on Pirates and then book another LL for Pirates via Genie+?

What I know has been the case in the past is that you may have to be really particular about your time- like how generally for a genie+ they usually have a little bit of forgiveness for being a couple minutes early or late, It may take your multi-experience pass if you show up one minute late instead of during your window.

I wouldn't imagine that it would affect which rides you can book.

Multi Experience doesn't have a time frame? The CM shouldn't have a say here. Disney IT sucks. I cannot imagine them having the ability to filter Genie+ based on a LIST of potential attractions within a Multiple Experience list.

I think what was meant was that if you’re one minute late tapping in for a Genie+LL, the system will take one of your ME passes for that ride instead of the LL pass. That’s what happened in the past when people had both FP+ and ME passes - they had to be very careful to tap into the FP lane within the timeframe for the FP+, or they’d lose a ME pass.

OHHH. That's BS. But, if I am careful, I can go on the various attractions 2X via Genie+ and the ME pass. Correct?

Hopefully so! It seems that under the old FP system, people could book a FP+ for a ride and still use a ME pass to ride it an additional time. So your ME passes should work the same way with Genie+. I hope - in some ways, Genie+ is a whole different animal from FP+.

I assumed so but Disney is janky lately so I didn't wanna make assumptions and waste the $$$.

IMHO, you should always voice your concerns even if you expect nothing in return. Disney has screwed me in many ways over the years especially post COVID but they have been very generous to make it up. Ironically, they always seem to be more generous on the smaller things. Go figure.

Agreed. I go out of my way to compliment as well when someone goes above and beyond. And if I encounter something that materially interferes with my day, I'll mention it. Be polite, don't demand something out of proportion to what happened, and if they offer something great. If not - not a big deal.

This is my husband's philosophy too. He always reports issues - its a matter of principle to him (as a business owner he can't fix problems if he doesn't know about them.) Sometimes we just get an apology, other times we get a little pixie dust. We are always polite and not entitled.

It is amazing how rapidly Disney went from a company world-renowned for it’s customer service and commitment to guest satisfaction to a company that is getting roasted on late night tv for it’s abysmal customer service (ie: not having parking trams and making it’s guests walk miles on a parking lot the temperature of the surface of the sun). It takes effort to squander that much good will that quickly.

I haven't been to

THIS ^^^ Non-Disney fans always revert to the high cost and I have always countered with "Yes, BUT... They ALWAYS take care of you. It will be TOP notch cruise-quality service". I really can't do that anymore. I am glad I am a die hard but at some point... I dunno.
