Have you spoken to the hotel directly and see if they can speak to Virgin and let them know about it being turned in to rubble? Perhaps they could fax you a letter or send one out to you. This way you will have evidence so Virgin has to sort it out now rather than later? If not Virgin will sort you out. I would perhaps speak the hotel to get some peace of mind if not.

Done it, we called a few days ago & they confirmed it was being closed down July 2006, asked them to send an e-mail to confirm this but still waiting on that one!!! Heres hoping my 'dis' friend who is out there now will get something in writing. Perhaps i should forward this thread to Virgin!! Then they could see how much stress they are causing

Sorry to hear of you having such a frustrating time of it. I find the Indian call centre people are usually nice but don't seem to get what you are on about unless it is something very straightforward that they have been trained on.

I'm sure it will all be sorted soon though. Good Luck!
