Need to know how to find out information

I nedd to find out some info about someone without having to pay anything.

I have a first name, phone number, and place of employment.
I need to find a last name and/or address.
I cant pay anything to find this out. So, if anyone has any ideas, I would really appreciate it.

Also, I have already tried a reverse lookup of the phone number and it doesnt find anything.

have you tried doing a reverse look up?? look up the phone number and get a name?
