Need to Hear Some Kudo's for Emerald Island

Would love to hear anyone's feedback on this resort, since I have rented a townhouse there the first week of May that I really liked and felt would be perfect for our trip. But now I'm second-guessing my choice a little bit. I see tons of posts about Windsor Hills, but not too much about Emerald Island. What's good about EI???? No children on this trip (other than us big ones ), so I don't care about kids' theming or anything. Convince me to be happy with what I've booked.

I've stayed in EI and WH, and they're both about the same distance to WDW IMO. So, the short drive to WDW is very good! We stayed in a townhome in EI in the section that's outside the main resort, and I think if we stayed there again, I'd prefer the main section. We love the space and good prices we get at places like this, so that's definitely something good about EI!

We stayed at Emerald Island in a pool home near the clubhouse. EI is very well looked after. Beautiful entrance and nice landscaping. There seemed to be lots of planned activities at the clubhouse. There's a tiki bar that has drinks and a few lunch items on the menu. We've also stayed at WH in a couple of townhouses and it was also nice. The pool at WH is much bigger but there's no tiki bar and no planned activities.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay at either one.
WH is newer so I think that's why there's so much hype. I'm sure when EI was new it was the same.
