We will be arriving at WL via Magic Express on 12/16 and would like to rent car to drive to Delray Beach on 12/20. We would then fly home from West Palm airport. What would be best way to do this? Which car rental agency would you recommend which would allow us to drive car from Disney to Delray Beach and return car there. Would we be able to obtain car while at WL or should I rent car on arrival at MCO and just have all week?

You will be able to rent a car one way...not an issue. You have a few 'on-site' rental options. You can rent with Alamo/National at either the Car Care Center or the Dolphin. The CCC will pick you up (you do have to call them the day before you want a pick up tho) and take you to their rental office. Or, you can go to the Dolphin and rent there. Head to MK and take the bus to the Dolphin if you want to rent there.
