Agreed but i cant find a way to properly model that future value.

Thats my point I think the best way to consider it is simply use todays values as what you will be able to sell it for. When you hit 25 years remaining take off 20%, when you hit 15 years remaining take off another 20%, and then take off 10% per year the last 10 years.

Thats a rough guess but I am guessing based on BWV vs BLT price or BCV vs VGF pricing which honestly I think would be in line with each other if not more expensive at BWV/BCV. Which I just checked is about dead on for current prices.

Median Passed ROFR contracts for May:
BWV 125 vs BLT 160 (22%)
BCV 145 vs VGF 180 (20%)

What is hard is that if you want to "ride out the contract" then you have to factor in buying back in to DVC or whatever value is left on the longer contract.
