need to find the names of a villa's owner

I asked this a month or so ago, and found the name and address of the new owners of the villa that we have booked ~ i looked it up on the county website. Dh in his wisdom! threw away the piece of paper with the address on it, and I need to contact them again...and guess what I can't remember where to look on the county web site, can anyone help.

thank youso much ~ I tried to do this at work yesterday but the local council have suspended out internet access at the school were I work!!!
