Need to find offsite lodging for june 11-18, help!!

My aunt just called and asked me plan her a Disney trip for June 11-18. They didn't think they were going to be able to go because of health and schedule issues, but it looks like those dates will work. IT will be my aunt and uncle, and their 3 grandkids (15 year old twins and a 14 yr. old.)

Where do I start looking for a family of 5? They are fine with hotel or condo, but we always stay onsite so I have never really researched offsite options! Budget is a concern, so looking for something that is reasonably priced.

Anyone have any suggestions of tips on getting started? I have been trying to research renting a house or condo because it seems to be the best price for more than 4 people, but there are so many choices, it is overwhelming!!
