My DH wants prime rib and I don't know who has it. We are going to be at MK and will probably be leaving after the parade so we are open to where we go. We are staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge. Any idea's?

1900 Park Fare dinner has prime rib but is a character dinner so you may not want to go there. I beleive the Yactmans Steakhouse at the Yacht Club has prime rib also. Food there is GOOD

The Turf Club at Saratoga Springs has a very good prime rib and it's easier to get reservations there. Their Caesar Salad is also excellent.

Just an FYI, all of the buffets have Prime Rib listed but it is NOT Prime Rib. They have removed the prime rib from all buffets and it is now a cut of strip loin.

To get "real" prime rib you will have to make an adr at a steakhouse.
LeCellier has one of the best, I believe one of the signatures have it as well as Yachtsmans.

LeCellier was the best in my opinion, very tasty and tender. Could cut it with my fork. If you can get that I am sure he would love it.

I'm particular to Houlihan's for prime rib. There are also a number of steakhouses in the area off the reservation which are excellent.

BOATWRIGHT'S DINING HALL @ Port Orleans - Riverside

They had excellent prime rib, and it might not be hard to get a table depending on the time of year you are going

Between Le Cellier and Yachtsmen Steakhouse, I'd go to Yachtsmen.

Yachtsman Steakhouse no longer has prime rib. At least they didnt when I dined there last Sept and I haven't seen it on any new menus. I have found it at Shulas and Le Cellier.

If you go here, there is a search box to put in the food you want and it will list the restaurants:

http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/dining.htm

It is under the first blue header bar "Disney World Restaurants and Menus"

Find a food item on Disney World Property by a Single Keyword!

I'm not sure how concise it is, but at least a start.

I'm very picky about prime rib but I had a wonderful meal at Boatwright's at POR last december. It was so good that I ate every bite of meat but didn't have any room for the side dishes. Also, ADR's are very easy to get there.

Ok, I did the search and found that Boma's has prime rib, has anyone had it there recently? ondering if it's good. I think I will eat there anyway as it's at the resort and we don't have to go far. Thanks again, Sue

The prime rib at Boatwright's at Port Orleans Riverside was fantastic! I'd highly recommend it! :thumbsup2

It is actually not prime rib. It is a strip loin, cooked very well though and they "pass" it off as prime rib. Most people don't really know the cuts of beef and it can pass as it, if you don't know or are not a prime rib buff. lol

If he is a beef eater he may like it, but it is rubbed with sweet spices, such as cinnamon. (was a real disappointment for me)

As PP said Boma no longer has Prime Rib. They haven't for close to a year. The strip loin roast is nothing as good as the prime rib was.
