Need to contact ship for missing item!!

Yikes!
I hope someone has the contact numbers (or email) for me. My DS celebrated a birthday while cruising last week and his birthday gift did not make it home with us! We think it may have slipped behind the foldout bed/couch. Is there any way to contact guest services to see if the item can be recovered?

My husband and I cruised a few years ago on the Wonder. On the flight home, my husband realized he left his wedding ring on the night stand in our stateroom. We were hoping the stateroom attendent would be an honest person and turn it in. When we arrived home, there was a message on our machine saying they had already shipped the ring to our house. It arrived a few days later. Disney hires the best and the most honest staff!! Hope you have the same luck.
 

My DD lost her necklace (initial with a small diamond chip in it) on our Magic cruises a few years ago. She had just gotten it for her birthday and we did not even know she had brought it onboard with her.

Well, she was afraid to tell us that she lost it, and when she finally did, we searched the stateroom from top to bottom and then went to guest services to report it lost.

We were about to give up hope when GS called and said our room steward turned it in...she had found it in the hallway outside our door. We were very impressed and rewarded her for her honesty. We also wrote a letter to Disney saying how pleased we were with her and the rest of the CM's onboard!!!

Disney really does hire the best!!!
