Need to Change Cruise Date

I booked my 10/22/16 Fantasy sailing on opening day and had a on board booking discount. Now I just found out that the kids school schedule has changed and we will need to sail on the 10/15/16 Fantasy. My question is will I now pay whatever the current rate is? It went up almost $300 in the past couple of days...I'm so sad.

Yes, you pay the prevailing rate, as it's not really just a "move" of the reservation, but a cancellation and rebooking (new reservation). But you'll still get the OBB perks.

Well, cheaper than the prevailing rate. Usually not cheaper than opening day prices. And not all cruises have the last minute reduced fares. I don't think you can do OBB perks on a *GT rate, anyway.

Your correct you can't double dip on a gt rate.

Call Disney (or have your ta call if you used one). They were very accommodating when we had to change dates. We were not charged current rates when we moved.
