Need to buy a book/travel guide?

Going on our first cruise for spring break. Do I need to buy a book/travel guide for more information than what I can gather from these boards and www.castawayclub.com? If so, can anyone recommend one? I love using the computer for info., but I also would like a travel guide for late night reading when I am having an attack of insomnia and so that I have a hard copy of information for referral. All I have is the one guide Disney sent me when I was considering booking and I have read that 100x already! I bought a Passporter for our last land only vacation.

I would recommend that you also pick up the Passporter guide to Disney Cruise lines as it has lots of good information in it.

Another great source is the Magical Disney Cruise Guide which can be downloaded at Deb's site. www.wdwig.com (just look for the cruise link).

I'd recommend Frommer's Caribbean Cruises and Ports of Call. It's a good resource for port info. I use it to help plan what I want to do when in port, and I pack it for the cruise. It was helpful to have when one of our trips was diverted to an alternate port. I had a reference then to figure out what I wanted to do at the new port.

"Passporter's Field Guide to the DCL" off of www.amazon.com for 8.00 brand new... Wonderful book with all sorts of info, very interesting...I am highlighting as I go along in the book...
I also read the other sites mentioned as well, and they are right, It does cause insomia!!! LOL
