Hi all! We have been to the World 3x and are now planning a trip next September. Our twins will be 15 months. Any tips would be great, best rides for them (if any) any kind of tips. Thanks so much!

All the parks have nice 'baby care centers'. They provide a nice air conditioned place to rock your child and relax if needed, especially if they need a nap.

Parade!!! kids that age will be amazed at the parade floats. They can do small world, dumbo, peter pan, winnie the pooh - most of the rides in fantasyland. Belle tells a story in Fairy Tale Garden - check the times guide to find exact times for the day. Afterwards, she stays for photos. they may enjoy that. I found that mine at that age were very sensitive to the dark rides (and there are lots more of those than you may realize) and the noise of the fireworks. If you want to do fireworks, recommend doing them at a restaurant or somewhere further away from the noise (inside a shop). Some will like meeting the characters at that age, others want nothing to do with them when you try to get them close to a character. Will have to wait and see how yours do. There is a nice small park in toontown with slides - also one at the bottom of splash mountain. They may like riding the train.

At Epcot they can color a mask at each country. There is a boat ride in Mexico that features Donald Duck.

Playhouse Disney Live on Stage is at Hollywood Studios.

wow great tips thanks so much. any more out there please feel free to post anyone with toddlers not just of twins

The first time we took my daughter she was two, but very small for her age. She loved it all! She loved the teacups, Winnie the Pooh, Buzz Lightyear, the carosel (I know I spelled that wrong).

Don't think that they won't also enjoy Epcot or other things - my kids found things to look at and explore everywhere at Disneyworld! Just be sure and go at their pace. Also, my daughter was not so sure about characters. So, we didn't push it. Just waved if we saw one, and kept going.

They do like the parades!

Bring a daypack with a change of clothes for each of them in it, in addition to your usual diaper bag stuff. I used to use a backpack, and hang it on the stroller.

Bring you best double stroller. My kids both napped in ours.

Have fun planning!

thank you what great tips. just today my cowrkers said not ot go that the kids would not like it great to hear other think it will be ok

Don't listen to them!

Just because they may not (probably won't) "get" all of it, or remember it, doesn't mean you can't all go and have fun!

I can't think of a more fun and easy place to take little ones. There is so much help there, and so much to keep them entertained. You will create memories for yourself, photos for them, and it is so fun.

Bring your own stroller..our kids were more relaxed and took better naps when in their own stroller than what disney supplied..

In September I would plan at least 1 water park day. Both Disney water parks have toddler areas. I would do Epcot and MK, and skip AK and HS for that age. Have them wear a bathing suit for Epcot so they can play in the fountain - my kids LOVED that as toddlers. Seek out the play areas instead of only doing rides - Winnie the Pooh in MK, sometimes in Innoventions in Epcot, 1 in Mission Space might be too old for them but it's air-conditioned! If they can stay up later than sunset, my kids loved the lights in the ground in Epcot. My kids didn't really care enough about the parades to make it worth sticking around the parks midday - everyone always got cranky and we took a midday rest/swim. Get to the parks for rope drop - you will do tons of rides in the first hour and the heat will be bearable.
