Need tips for Quick Rewards

Hi, I joined QR after reading about it here on the Dis but am very discouraged as I keep getting told I do not qualify. I've even completed a few surveys 100% and then at the end am told that. That seems very shady to me to complete the survey and then not get the credit because of income, age, gender or whatever. I don't have time to waste all day filling out surveys for no reason. Any suggestions from those of you who do it regularly?

I also have quit doing them. They take so long to do and in the end you get nothing out of it.

I joined a few months ago and managed to cash in for a $25 Disney gift card and I'm within a few dollars of my next gift card as I type this. That being said, I don't qualify for 90% of them. I refuse to give another website my address and phone number - I already gave it to Quick Rewards. I do delete a lot of the emails without even looking at them. I tend to do them first thing in the morning while sipping my cup of tea.

I quit too and unsubscribed. I almost never qualified. My time is worth more than that.

I've actually gotten quite a few Disney cards from QR; and I don't qualify for a lot too. I've increased my rewards with the daily clicks, getting .02 a day doing a search on local.com (two cents, I know....) and from printing coupons and they do add up. I also do survey (or try to qualify) in the evening after supper while my DH and DS are watching TV. I pay close attention to the emails I get where they say you get a penny even if you don't qualify, and the ones that give you a bonus buck for trying to do 5....it can be time consuming, but it's free money...and I'd just be otherwise spending the time posting on the Dis or watching TV with the guys....why not earn a little vaca money in the meantime.

How does the daily clicks work to get points? How long do you have to be on the local.com site for it to count? I guess I should do the coupon printing too. Any other tips?

No tips from me :(. I don't do QR, but I do another website similar and I stopped doing surveys through them, too. I am not wasting 10-15 minutes of filling something out to get nothing for it. I thought at first it was a rare occurrence, but it was happening all the time. Now I only use those types of sites when I'm purchasing something online or if I get a paid email (usually worth $.01 to $.02).

I had great luck with Quick Rewards in October and November making almost $60. But in December I qualified for NO surveys and haven't this month either. Not quite sure what the deal is, but I'll keep trying for a bit. :sad2:

I've quit doing QR too. Tired of spending 10-15 clicking something to be told I don't qualify.:confused3
I stick with MyPoints, I don't do surveys for them either, but manage to get several points for shopping online, using coupons, and daily e-mail clicks. They don't have Disney gift cards, but have lots of other gift cards we tend to use on vacation.
In the past year I've earned (2) $50 gift cards for Landry's restaurants, that we plan on using at T-Rex in DTD.:thumbsup2

May want to go to the rewards section of this board. A lot of us ladies down there do QR regularly.

I had a similar problem with globaltestmarket. I'm very close to cashing out for $50 and went through a survey. It said it was complete but when I clicked to submit it they said I screened out. I sent them an e-mail and they are trying to tell me that was just a long screener. As soon as I get enough to cash out I'm done with them.

I actually qualified for two surveys last night and finished them on QR after a two month dry spell. Did it around 11:00 pm. Qualified for 2 out of 4 tried. Maybe they are getting new surveys in here at the new year and we'll qualify more often again? Here's hoping! :thumbsup2

I think it's a big rip off and not only did they NOT give you anything for taking the survey, they still let you complete it and they got your info from the survey. I think it's shady and that they are using your surveys anyway. Whose ever going to prove they don't? If you have qualifiers such as age or income level for the survey, they should ask you right at the very beginning of the survey and if you don't qualify then they can stop you right at the beginning.

If you do qualify how much do you get for taking a 15 minute survey? 3 pennies? A quarter? So if you take 4 an hour you will make a 20 cents to a dollar PER HOUR of your time? I would rather be sitting on the couch doing nothing than wasting my time giving a marketing company my vital statistics and data for them to sell to other companies for millions of dollars, for NOTHING. So maybe 1 in 100,000 ppl finally did eleventy million surveys and got a $25 gift card. How much time was invested to get that gift card?

First off, surveys aren't suppose to be your main income. Many people do them just to save for different things, I.E vacations, christmas gifts, etc.

Secondly, we all don't sit at the computer and do surveys all day. We have jobs, families, and other priorities. That being said I make $200 from surveys each month just from sitting on the computer when I have free time from classes and studying. It is not bad when you already on the computer.

I'm another one that cashed out and then dropped them. Lots of time and effort for very little rewards. And I was getting an average of 10-12 emails a day with 20-30 survey links, 90% of which I never qualified for. Too frustrating.

Update: Cashing out is not as easy as they would have you believe. A week later and a dozen emails to them and they are suppose to be sending me a check. Excuse after excuse about depositing it to PayPal which is what I requested. I'm still trying to figure out what's going on with them saying my PayPal account won't take payments unless it comes from my website. Huh? I don't have a website and I have a plain old PayPal account that can take payments from just about anyone. I'm happily out of there!

I do mine as fun money not my main source of income. I use to pay for Christmas Gifts, vacations, movies. I am not sitting around the computer either all day. I work two jobs and 3 kids and family. Did I mention I am in school too. For the past three weeks I have work 80 hours a week. I am still going strong until they get some help.

Googy girl pm tell me which survey sites you is using make 200.00 a month.

They DO ask you the qualifying questions at the beginning. Most surveys I don't qualify for, I know that within like, two minutes and i can move on to the next one. As a matter of fact, because I was curious, I just went over and picked one at random. It took 2 minutes and 45 seonds for me to find out I didn't qualify for that one. Also, the lowest-paying survey I ever click on is 60c, I usually aim for the 80c to $1 ones. So no, you do not get 3 pennies or a quarter for a survey.

Sure, $4/hr isnt much, but it's more than I usually get paid for watching TV ;)

I started doing Quick Rewards at the start of September and have earned $250 in Disney GC's. Tonight I tried about a dozen and qualified for and finished one for .60.

My goal is $1 a day average and even though it's not much, over time it's a nice amount of vacation money and I earn faster than any other site I've tried. I can get $25-$50 a month if I get serious about it

I'm home alone alot (DH drives long haul) so it's either do surveys or clean the house:goodvibes Well, I do alot of surveys!

I have been doing My Points for a few years and it's alot slower but I sometimes get products to try out for free. This one I do for Walgreens cards that I use to buy Disney GC's. Take's a few months to get a $50 gift card. You need to make your online purchases through their link to do the best.

I also do Inbox surveys but that is a super slow earner, less than $5 a month.

Explore the Quick reward site a bit as there are videos and searches you can do too. The videos are not always available.

Try not to get too frustrated. It is a royal pain when you think you are doing the survey and then get told you didn't qualify.:headache: Just go on to the next one. I have gotten credit a couple times when I emailed them because the site froze or somehting happened at the end of a survey.
