Need technical help!

Not sure where to post this. When I get my e-mail notifications for threads I subscribed to, there is not message. All it says it [none] in the subject area and I don't get anything else. Anyone have any idea what I did wrong?

I'm having a problem with the board loading very slowly. Don't know if anyone else is having this problem as well. All other websites come up fine except for this one.
