need technical help making door signs!!

I had read about the HD Mickey heads and got some at our local store. Someone said in a previous post that they enlarged them 200% and then used the Disney font to add text with Word Art. Well...I enlarged them and I have the Disney font downloaded and I have Microsoft Word with Word Art, but I can't figure out how to actually add the text!!! Help!!!!

I got a link from a post by VerandahMan about door signs awhile ago...I don't remember what it was now. Maybe if you search for "Disney Font" under Disney Cruise Line Forum, you'll find it. Or search for "Magnetic Door Signs" and read through the posts. Sorry I couldn't be of more help!!!

I think I may have been the one who's post you read about enlarging the HD Mickeys and adding the names with the Walt Script font.

I blew each one up 200% on my scanner then I scanned it with editable text checked to Word. This allowed me to go in the type our names with any font I chose. I had to play with it a little but they really turned out great!

Does anyone know of a site where I can download the Disney Cruise Line font? I have the WDW font but I'm looking for the cruise line font or one close to it.

After days of searching this is what I have come up with regarding the cruise line font. The official name is Newport Classic, and costs in the $40 range to download. The closest free option I have come up with is Decotech TL (using all lowercase letters). Here is a link to download the font from Mickey Avenue:

Here is the sign I just finished. Thanks to everyone for all the great ideas. I had lots of fun working on this. In case you can't guess, I have one DD who is a cheerleader, one who is a swimmer, DH is a golf pro, and I obsess about Disney!

That's a really awesome sign. My problem with clip art is that I have alot of trouble arranging multiple pics on a page - can't get them too close together b/c they are formatted as a sort of box...??? anyone know what I mean? any suggestions?

Jen - I had this problem also... so I used MSExcel. No restrictions on the layout there.
