Hi I need some recipes for tea or coffee creamers. The ones that you mix dry and give in jars for gifts. I would like to take one to a gathering Friday night. Thanks for all of your help.

From Taste of Home :

Friendship Tea Mix

1 jar (21.1 ounces) orange breakfast drink mix
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup sweetened lemonade drink mix
1/2 cup unsweetened instant tea
1 package (3 ounces) apricot gelatin
2-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
ADDITIONAL INGREDIENTS:
1 cup boiling water

In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; mix well. Store in an airtight
container in a cool dry place for up to 6 months. Yield: 50 batches (about
5 cups total). To prepare 1 cup of tea: Dissolve 4-1/2 teaspoons tea mix
in boiling water; stir well.

Yield: 1 serving.

Spiced Chai Mix

3 cups nonfat dry milk powder
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 cup unsweetened instant tea
3/4 cup vanilla powdered nondairy creamer
1-1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
OPTIONAL GARNISH:
Whipped cream

In a food processor, combine all dry ingredients; cover and process until powdery.
Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 6 months. To
prepare 1 serving: Dissolve 3 tablespoons of mix in 3/4 cup boiling water;
stir well. Dollop with whipped cream if desired.

Yield: about 5 cups mix (26 servings).
