Need suggestions PLEASE! where to stay?

Near US or SW area. We're a famiily of 5 (mom, dad, & 3 kids ~9, 5 & 1) Better if it's in walking distance to US Budget's about $100/nt. Staying 6 nights.

We're staying at the Sheraton Studio City. I got it on Hotwire for $62/night. Its about half a mile to US/IOA.
