Need suggestions for

Counter service meals at MGM and Magic Kingdom. Trying to finish up my plans before trip in 16 days.

At MK I prefer Cosmic Rays in Tomorrowland just because it has more of a variety. Pecos Bills Cafe in Frontierland is good as well, but has less options.

At MGM the ABC Commisery is the only place that I have eaten that is quick service... It was OK...

In MK we love the Columbia Harbour House!! We like to go upstairs and eat near a window, then people watch...
At MGM we like the Backlot Express. They have pretty good burgers and some good desserts!!

Our experience at the ABC Commissary was just horrid. We enjoyed the Backlot Express, however.

For MK, Cosmic Ray's is even better now. They have more healthy selections on the menu, and there are even healthy kids' meals now! We don't have kids, but I'm always dismayed when there are no healthy choices for kids. Columbia Harbor House was nice as well, and we like to people watch upstairs, too. Pinnochio's is decent, their turkey sandwich on whole wheat was yummy (and it comes with baked chips). Pecos Bill's has a great chicken wrap, and most of these places have toppings bars - makes the prices a little easier to swallow! (ha ha ). You really can't go wrong anywhere at the MK, I think.

Oh, and the fries at Casey's are REAL fries, not the "standard Disney fries," as we call them.

Another vote for Columbia Harbor House! We eat there every trip, most of the time twice!

Columbia Harbor House is our favorite in MK, although we will also try to eat at El Pirata y el Perico if it's open.

In MGM we usually go to Pizza Planet, which is not bad but a little noisy. I lke their salads though.
