I need to buy some new sheets for summer - I want something wrinkle-free and NOT 'crunchy'. I bought an expensive set of sheets that I'm horribly disappointed with as they are so terribly wrinkly and really crunchy sounding. I want soft, but wrinkle-free. What should I be looking for? Any people happy with their sheets? Cost is not as important, but hoping there's something reasonably priced that fits the bill.

I love my tshirt/jersey sheets - don't know how they are as far as wrinkles (we're rough sleepers, so even "wrinkle free" ends up wrinkled on our bed. lol Sheets don't get any softer, imo.

I have high thread count sheets that are always wrinkled and are unbearably hot in the summer. I actually prefer lower thread count now because they keep me cooler, and don't wrinkle as much.

Usually, I'll find sheets at Marshalls , TJ Maxx or Ross.

I 2nd the jersey sheets. It's like sleeping on a favorite t-shirt. Target sheets have actually gotten high ratings and I've has success with several sets from them. They hold up well and don't strink.

While I'm not a fan of Walmart, I LOVE their sheets. I got 400 egyptian cotton and man they are the best. I am in the process of replacing two sets of sheets for each bedroom in both houses. They are incredible!

I can recommend either sheets from Lands End or the Martha Stewart Collection form Macys. I have been happy with both. I tried sheets from Costco and TJMaxx and hated them. Despite having deep mattresses, the Costco sheets were too loose a material and would not stay tight on the mattress. Drove me crazy. Hated the quality of the sheet from TJMaxx.

I feel the same way about the Costco (Kirkland) sheets. They really don't fit well. I also think the sheet feels kind of "heavy."

I've bought a few from Marshall's and TJMaxx--they are now rags. I know I'm a real princess about sheets. I wish I could find some I liked. Sheets are a very subjective thing and what one person likes, another doesn't.

I have some Charter Club sheets from Macy's that are just okay. Again, they seem almost too thick/heavy.

My favorite is a set from Croscill that I got about 8 years ago. I wash them and put them right back on the bed. I hope they never die or I'm in trouble.

I have a couple sets of the Target Home Organic Cotton sheets, and really love them. They are very soft, have held up well and the price is very reasonable.

I love bamboo sheets. They're not wrinkle free, but they're so soft and lightweight. :goodvibes

I was going to suggest them as well. I have been very happy with the ones we have. They aren't wrinkle free but they don't really need to be ironed or anything either. Once you get them on the bed, they are fine. They get softer with each wash too.

In the summer I prefer a crisp, cotton sheet because they are cooler but I love the bamboo sheets in the winter.

The very nicest wrinkle free, 100% cotton sheets I have are from a catalog called Linen Source. Not the cheapest things around but worth the money. You might find a color you can live with on clearance. GL!
